Style and accreditations

I am a good communicator. I have a clear, analytical mind which means that I can assist parties in focussing on the key issues in a dispute.

I am able to think both creatively and laterally in encouraging parties to look at new or alternative ways to settle their differences. 

I believe in a hands-on approach and working collaboratively with the parties to seek to resolve problems and assist the parties in achieving a practical resolution to their dispute.

However, I am also flexible and able to adapt my style to suit the circumstances.
