Fees

£1,500 + VAT

Dispute value up to £750,000

Full day - up to 8 hours including 2 hours reading in time and all preliminary steps to contact the parties: £1,500 plus VAT per party.

Half day - up to 4 hours including 1 hour reading in time and all preliminary steps to contact the parties charged at two thirds of the full day rate.

Extra hours are charged at £150 per party/per hour.

Travel expenses are charged separately.

Dispute value £2M - £6M

Full day - up to 8 hours including 2 hours reading in time and all preliminary steps to contact the parties: £2,750 plus VAT per party.

Half day - up to 4 hours including 1 hour reading in time and all preliminary steps to contact the parties charged at two thirds of the full day rate

Extra hours are charged at £275 per party/per hour.

Dispute value £750,000 - £2M

Half day - up to 4 hours including 1 hour reading in time and all preliminary steps to contact the parties charged at two thirds of the full day rate.

Extra hours are charged at £200 per party/per hour.

Dispute value £6M - £10M

Full day - up to 8 hours including 2 hours reading in time and all preliminary steps to contact the parties: £3,500 plus VAT per party.

Half day - up to 4 hours including 1 hour reading in time and all preliminary steps to contact the parties charged at two thirds of the full day rate.

Extra hours are charged at £350 per party/per hour.
